JeNYLENE “JEN” PARAN
Content Creation Specialist
Jen is the company’s resident writer. She’s been in the company the longest (seriously, who’s counting, lol) but sure is the youngest of the team. You can hear her voice reverberating throughout the office, singing Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘Traitor’. She’s very opinionated but isn’t hesitant to take the lead. Loves listening to podcasts and pop music when she’s working on a big project to get her pumped up and keep her creative juice flowing. You can see her randomly snooze but never fails to go back to work in just a snap. Spotify and coffee are her best friends throughout the workday.
Jay Kniel “Jay” Sarcena
Operations Manager
Jay is the company’s pillar. Joined the company late in 2020 but is now an important aspect of Digital Key. Has lots of creative ideas. Most of the major projects/developments were pitched by him. A well-rounded guy, tbh. Has a lot of knowledge in different fields. Like, for real. He knows photoshop, coding, video editing, making a detailed presentation, etc. (I mean, what can this guy not do?!) Plus! He’s a family man. He’s got a very beautiful wife and daughter (sorry, ladies). A very trusted and irreplaceable member of the company. Is not afraid to give a different point of view.
Kristille “Tels” Gomora
Junior Data Analyst
Tels is the newest member of the gang. Her addition definitely increased the positive energy in the office! Although she’s been added late in the game, she’s quick to pick up on her tasks and is not afraid to ask questions. She’s very committed and puts a lot of time into her work. Cracks a lot of jokes. Really funny jokes. She’s a loving wife and a mother to two boys. BUT. She’s not your regular mom, she’s a cool mom *wink* *wink*. On weekdays, she’s your dedicated employee and wife, but on the weekends, she’s not afraid to have fun *wink*. Knows a lot of good places to have company retreats.
RUBY JANe “RUBS” REPROTO
Senior Graphic and Web Designer
Rubs is our very own graphic designer. Her work experience is extensive, and she’s also quite an all-rounder like Jay tbh. Has a very bright and quirky character (trust me, she’ll blow you away!) A bundle of energy both to the team and her family. Full of creative ideas. She always does her best to fulfil the objective: getting the work done. A huge team player and gets along with everyone even though she’s the only one working off-site. Very close with her two daughters, too! You can definitely count on her (even during the night and weekends!)
